More for the Philosophical Poetry Garden

Disappearing
by Caroline M. L. McMillan
Sit. Settle, center.
Surround
Round and Round
World Focus, unfocus
Spin.
Round and Round
Pan; plummet.
Swoop.
Round and Round
Swoosh in, sweep out
Susurration
Round and Round.

This is my world.
Calm of tornadoes; death—
before storms.
Stop; move. Stop.
Round and Round.

Distraction and Chaos
Playing their intimate game
Round and Round.
Marbles on the floor of eternity—one
Lost.
Round and Round.
No past, no future—comic
Lilliputian.
Round and Round
Amusement for eons of cosmic
Lethargy
Round and Round.
I am gone.
Lost.
Round and Round . . .
